Call Center Reports

What kind of reports do you provide?
We provide our clients with real-time reports and statistics through our proprietary online software application. Clients can see in real-time the result of their campaign, including how many leads the call center produces for them. Other reports available are:

Calling campaign percentages (calls completed, messages left, etc.)
Number of hours used
Balance of hours remaining
Cost per lead
Total number of leads generated, and
Exact status of each call made.

All of which are updated minute by minute in real time.

How can I access these reports?
You will be given a username and password that will allow you to log in to the application to view these reports.
