Pricing and Terms*

How much does Link It charge for its services?
All our services are available at the same price: $29.50 per hour with a qualifying agreement. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer bulk pricing for very large projects?
In most cases, yes, depending on what you want to do. Please give us a call so we can discuss your needs and how to accommodate them.

Can I contract a block of hours with you and split them between projects or does each contracted block of hours have to be spent on one project?
Blocks of hours can be split up between projects. Keep in mind, though, that we need to give each project enough hours to get results for you. Our team will consult with you to make sure individual projects have enough hours devoted to them to make them successful.

How does the payment work for the contract? When do I pay your company?
Payment terms will vary depending on the contract.  We offer flexible solutions for our clients.  Please contact us for more information.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the results of the project?
If a contract is terminated, we must be paid for all hours that our staff put into the contract.

Can we negotiate the contract if I later decide I need to make changes?
In most cases, yes. If there are special needs, we can modify contracts accordingly.

Can your company sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes, of course. We have signed NDAs for many of our clients.

What is pay-per-lead and how does it work?
Under pay-per-lead contracts, the client, in this case you, would pay only for leads delivered to you. On the surface this seems like a great deal. In fact, when Link It was testing outside call centers, we worked with some on a pay-per-lead contract basis. This failed for us. We found that almost 100% of the leads delivered under this method did not meet our definition of a viable, closable lead. We learned that any company that commits upfront to a pay-per-lead contract without any market testing or knowledge of your product or customer base is either lying or guessing about their ability to perform.

Can I do a pay-per-lead contract with you?
In general, we recommend against pay-per-lead contracts as the amount of research required to determine the viability of your marketplace and a reasonable cost per lead for all involved can be more expensive than a direct lead generation contract from our firm. If pay-per-lead had worked for us, we would be doing it for our clients, but as you can see, this wasn’t the case. We do occasionally commit to pay-per-lead contracts, but there is a set-up fee that provides enough hours for us to test your market and find out what can actually be done for lead generation for you and at what cost. Once that is done, we can mutually negotiate a price per lead based on the real-world results we have obtained for you. Please call us for full details.

How do we pay for the time your callers use to sell our products?
We usually work on a combination of hourly and commission basis. Callers first work under an hourly contract that enables us to test the project and get an understanding of costs to close a sale. Once callers are trained, we can agree to a combination of hourly payment plus commission when a sale is made. Also, please note that the law requires employees to make at least a minimum wage.
