What types of services does your call center offer?
Our call center offers several different types of services. Lead generation. Appointment setting. Sales. Sales assistance. Customer service. Back-office support. Setting up conferences and webinars. Fund-raising. Just ask us. We are happy to answer your questions and work with you.
What if my project involves work aside from inbound or outbound calling? Can your staff handle this?
Absolutely. Our staff has handled over 200 projects, including data entry and back-office functions. Our top-level employees are available for you to train.
Does the Link It Call Center call business-to-consumer (b2c) and business-to-business (b2b)?
About 99% of our work is b2b services. This is really where we are focused and have most of our experience. We will, however, do b2c work for charities, political calling, and surveys/research work.
What hours does your company work? Do you work 24/7?
Our normal business hours are 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. These hours are sufficient for the vast majority of our clients. However, we have had a variety of projects that entailed calling overseas and required 24/7 working hours, so we can accommodate you. Please contact us and we can discuss your needs and provide an agreement.
Can your company take orders? Sell? Do surveys? Polling? List verifications?
Our callers can do all of the above. Each such project requires special accommodations for you as a client. Please give us a call and we will discuss the details.
What results should I expect for leads and also for closure rates?
The numbers of leads you can expect as a percentage of the number of calls we make on your behalf will vary depending upon the quality of your list and the depth of your market. That being said, on average, most of our clients experience a qualified lead generation of between 2-4% of the number of contacts our callers make with decision makers, and our callers typically reach 10-30% of decision makers on the first call (we define a qualified lead as someone who is looking for your product or services, and if you offer the features they need, they will make a purchase). Our clients also report back to us a 10-40% closure rate on the leads we supply.
What type of companies have you worked for?
We have worked successfully for many types of companies, including those who sell actual “hard products” such as computers or manufacturing equipment, to firms that offer services. At this point, we’d be hard-pressed to come up with a type of company we have not worked with. Our only caveat is we do not call consumers at home for our lead generation campaigns. As long as your campaign involves business-to-business calling, we are confident we can create a campaign to fit your needs.
What does your company recommend as a minimum test for lead generation, list verification or announcing an event? How many hours will this test entail?
For lead generation, we recommend a test of a minimum of 250 hours. For other projects, such as list verification, announcing an event, following up on trade show cards, etc., the number of hours you’ll need directly depends on the size of your list, your event, or the number of your trade show follow-ups.
