Can Link It Call Center announce a special event to my customer base?
Yes, we would be happy to do invite your customers and then follow up on the date of the event. Our callers are experienced in calling large numbers of people in a short period of time.
I would like my attendees to think your callers are my employees and that calls and emails are coming directly from my company. Can you do this?
Yes, we can. Our call specialists at Link It can appear to your customers as though they are sitting right in your office. We simply tell callers to say they are calling from your office. We can set up a caller ID that is unique to your company. And when the call specialists send out emails, we can send these from your domain name instead of ours. There is a small monthly fee for this, which can be deducted from your paid hours.
