Staff Support (Outsourcing Your Staffing or Project Needs to Link It Employees)

How do I know whether your staff has the right experience and knowledge for my project?
Link It’s staff is very professional and dedicated. We only hire detail-oriented employees who have a great work ethic and who can be easily trained for your specific needs. Part of what has fueled our rapid growth is our staff’s ability to creatively problem solve and successfully come up with solutions for projects we may not have handled previously. We’ve done it before, and we can do it for you. And we can prove it by providing you with appropriate references.

How much support will I get from your staff?
A lot. Our goal as a company is to make sure you never feel as if we took your dollars and you only hear from us when we want money or a renewal. We want you to be successful, and we know that communication is one of the keys to running a successful campaign. That’s why each and every client works closely with a Link It project or campaign supervisor. In addition, we have a rule here that as your project gets underway, your project supervisor communicates with you on at least a daily basis.

Who do I deal with at your company on an ongoing basis?
At the beginning of your campaign, your Link It project supervisor will be contacting you several times a day to be sure your campaign is progressing to your satisfaction. Once we have fine-tuned your project to your approval, you have the option to set up a daily or weekly meeting with your campaign supervisor to discuss your campaign's results.

What are Link It’s call specialists like?
Our callers are very professional individuals with great phone voices and communication skills. Day in and day out they are talking to key decision makers within organizations and can hold their own while doing so. We have very low turnover within our company. Our call specialist positions are highly sought after in South Dakota.

Can I meet my callers before my campaign starts?
At the beginning of the campaign, your account supervisor will meet with you and introduce you to your callers. There is an opportunity to talk with your callers directly and to provide any training and information that you wish. If you would like to meet your callers, you may do so. All of our offices are set up with videoconferencing through Skype if you would like to see them while speaking with them. Not familiar with Skype? You can download it for free; all you need is a high-speed computer with a microphone and a webcam.

Can I choose my callers?
If you have a very specialized need, we will work with you to provide callers that meet your approval for the job you need done.

Can I come out to South Dakota to train my team?
Absolutely. We welcome client visits. Let us know when you’d like to come to meet or train your team, and we will be happy to accommodate you. If a trip out here isn’t convenient, we can set up a “virtual” meeting with your team via Skype, a service that allows us to talk over the Internet using both voice and video.

Can we bring our own staff in to manage your callers?
Yes, of course. We have worked this way with many other clients. Your staff is welcome to come to our offices, manage callers, and train our staff as well.
