Our History
We developed our call center to support our own software business (Link It Software Corporation) after a number of failures with “leading” call centers that outsourced all of our work, usually offshore. In response, we created Link It Call Center, staffed with 100% U.S.-based callers. Link It Call Center now serves hundreds of businesses ranging from small independents to large Fortune 500 global firms.
All our callers are located in South Dakota. They speak with a Midwestern, neutral accent that is easily understood by customers throughout the nation and even abroad.
