Link It established its call center because we had hired other call centers to provide us with viable leads and were extremely dissatisfied with the results. Too frequently, these call centers simply gave us the names of people who just agreed to be sent information, not potential customers who were actually in the market for our software products.
So Link It developed our own definition of a lead: someone who has a need NOW for the type of product or service you offer, and if your product or service meets their needs, they will buy it. We don’t waste your time giving you names of anyone other than hot leads that your company will be able to close.
We’ve grown to provide business-to-business lead generation for a variety of products and services, even those that are aimed at a very niche market.
As a Link It client, you’ll have a campaign supervisor working with you on a daily basis to ensure your campaign is running successfully. You’ll be introduced to the call specialists who will be on the phone introducing your product or service, and you can even train them yourself—either in person or via conference call or videoconference. Our staff will work with you to write up phone and email scripts. Even after we kick off your campaign, we constantly evaluate results to make sure the leads we generate are as hot and closable as we think they are.
You’ll also be able to monitor your campaign via Link It’s proprietary call center software. This application allows you to see the number of calls made, cost per lead, percentage of leads to contacts made and much more, all in real-time, current and to the second.
On average, most of clients experience a qualified lead generation of between 2-4% of the number of contacts we make for them.
Link It suggests testing your campaign for a minimum of 250 hours, and most contracts are for 400 hours. We charge $29.50 per hour. Occasionally Link It does work on a pay-per-lead or commission basis. Please contact us to discuss your project and your needs.
