Meetings, Seminars and Webinars

Running an online or live conference or seminar, or an online webinar, usually entails an overwhelming amount of phone calls or emails. The Link It Call Center can handle setting up your meetings, both online and in person. Our callers will contact your customer base, tell them about the conference, handle registration, and then follow up with reminders on the day of the event.

As a Link It client, you’ll have a campaign supervisor working with you on a regular basis. You’ll be introduced, either in person or via conference call or videoconference, to the call specialists who will be on the phone dealing with your customer base.

Link It’s rate for setting up online or live meetings, seminars and webinars is $29.50 per hour with a qualifying agreement. Please contact us to discuss your project and your needs.
