There are literally hundreds of outbound call centers to choose from; however, the key to effective, bottom line lead generation is not simply having a telemarketing company place outbound calls, but to have those outbound calls produce results. To get results, the key elements are the quality of the telemarketing company’s callers, the marketing approach of the callers’ scripts and constant communication between the telemarketing company and it’s clients to discuss the results of the lead generation effort.
